Attorney Catherine Delgadillo, Protector of Unwed Fathers’ Rights, on Chicago Counterpoint TV

By FEI — February 16, 2013

Hosting the legal talk show, Chicago Counterpoint, this Tuesday, February 19th, renowned fathers’ rights attorney Jeffery M. Leving will interview Chicago family law attorney Catherine Delgadillo at 7:30 PM (CST) on channel 21 CAN-TV. Viewers can call in with questions and comments at (312) 738-1060 or, or stream live at: http://cantv.org/live. Questions can also be submitted through the Fatherhood Educational Institute Facebook Page.

Ms. Delgadillo and Mr. Leving will discuss the special challenges faced by unwed fathers in the court system, particularly when very young children are involved.

Ms. Delgadillo recently secured an unwed father custody of his infant son after it was found that the mother was exposing the baby to unsafe conditions. Since it is easier for mothers who are not married to move children out of state or overseas, totally cutting off fathers’ contact with their offspring, it’s critical that unwed fathers protect their rights.
