FEI Promotes Effort to Reinstate Drivers’ Licenses

By FEI — August 17, 2019

Aug. 17, 2019 — Men are lined up at Loretto Hospital in Chicago for advice on getting their drivers’ licences reinstated after they were suspended or revoked for non-payment of child support. The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services, had representatives on hand a few days after the governor signed a law giving delinquent child-support payers an extra year before their license is in jeopardy. FEI was represented by President Emeritus Jeffery M. Leving, who gave a presentation and distributed FEI literature. (Attach: Leving–Loretto–Law Bulletin).
