The Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Services, had representatives on hand a few days after the governor signed a law giving delinquent child-support payers an extra year before their license is in jeopardy. FEI was represented by President Emeritus Jeffery M. Leving, who gave a presentation and distributed FEI literature.
