Fulton\u2019s family has resided in Englewood for more than 50 years, giving him unique insights into the dynamics of the once thriving community. The father of five discussed the nonprofit\u2019s efforts to help all fathers unite and protect their children. \u201cAs executive director of the GECDC, my job is to restore Englewood to its rightful position as a strong community to raise children and families.
